Womens Conference

I just got finished with two days of spiritual renewal. Womens Conference at BYU was great! I now want to be a better wife, mother, friend, neighbor, visiting teacher and overall a better person.
Chad was so great to take the time off of work and let me attend with my mom, Aunt Sandy, cousin Melanie and one of my best friend from high school, Stephanie.
There is just something so magical about the BYU campus!
My mom and Aunt Sandy waiting "patiently" in the cold
for Melanie and I.

I ran into a former roommate of mine from Ricks college. Kristina was there and came from Coeur d'alene, ID. It was so much fun to catch up with her and talk about our kids and what we have been doing for the past 15 years.
I have beautiful friends! This is Stephanie, she came up from AZ to experience Womens Conference for the first time. She hasn't been to UT in 20 years. I loved hanging out with her!!!

Take me out to the Ballgame...

Today was Tyler's very first baseball game.
He is on the CUBS.

Tyler received the "MVP" award of the game. He made a great catch in the outfield as well as a great hit his first time up! It was so fun watching him and see his excitement. "Way to go T!" We are looking forward to an exciting baseball season.

Pine Wood Derby

Tyler had his first Pine Wood Derby. He had a great time making his "Killer T" car. His car got the "Most Dangerous" award.

Welcome Home Elder Julian

Grandma and Elder Julian

We just had a great weekend in Colorado! You know when you have those trips and you come home wanting more? That is how I am feeling, it was way too short!!! We went to Colorado because my nephew Jake just returned from the Trinidad and Tobago French speaking mission.

The Julians

This is the entire Julian family. My oldest nephew James and his darling wife Tabitha and their two cute kiddos came all the way from Virginia. This is the first time in a long time that they have all been together.

My nephews and niece.

Look at this bunch, can you believe all of those kids and they are all mine! Well except the handsome newly returned missionary Elder Julian!
Welcome Home Jake!!!

Fun at the Zoo

Kalli, Kylee, Raegan and their annoying brother Tyler!

Today I took the monkeys to the zoo! Thankfully my mom came along to help push the stroller with Nicholas in it so I could run all over that zoo chasing Max...Mr. Curiousity, he is pretty dang fast! We also went with Todd (Chad's brother) and his family.
It was a beautiful day. The kids had a great time.

Max and Grandma
Sydney, Andrew, Carson and the elephants.
Sydney thought Keslee was her personal buddy!
Sydney and the Peacock
The Boys!
Max, Andrew, Christian, Carson and Tyler

Max would have been happy just eating chips!

Max and the Giraffe
All Aboard!
Kylee, Max and Raegan on the train. Max would have been happy if all we did was eat chips and ride the train.

Little Nicholas probably didn't even know we were at the zoo! We had a great day!!

The Children's Museum

This week is spring break for us. The weather is not cooperating much for doing things out doors so we are having to find things to do inside. Today we took the kids to the Children's museum in Salt Lake.
It is a ton of fun, especially for the little kiddos but I think the older ones enjoyed it too.

We could not get Max away from the "Big Helicopter". He thought it was so cool and was so excited! If fact we had to pull him out of it after about 30 minutes, kicking and screaming.

Chad and I got to pretend that we were real news
casters for Channel 5 news.
We love the Children's Museum and had a great family day!!!

Easter Weekend

Chad, Heather, Todd (Chad's brother)
I love weekends full of family get togethers. Over Easter weekend we were lucky enough to have Chad's cousin and her cute family come and visit from Wisconsin. We got to take care of her three little kids while she and her husband and older two kiddos enjoyed conference on Temple Square. Then we ended the evening with food, laughing, stories and good times.

MacKenzie, Raegan, Kylie and Kalli
On Sunday we enjoyed watching conference at my mom's house. We made the kids cute coloring packets to help keep them settled down and entertained. Plus they enjoyed an Easter Egg hunt in between conference sessions.

What a great weekend!!!

Whats Been Goin On...

APRIL FOOLS
First of all I am not happy with the weather!!! We have had cold weather for so long. Seriously, snow on April 1st?? Mother Nature's cruel April Fools joke to me. I have been needing the sun so desperately this year. I guess I really am an Arizona girl.
POTTY TRAINING!!
Oh I despise potty training. You would think by kid #6 it would get easier. Nope! Max just doesn't get it. I think I may have to give it up until summer comes.
I love these two guys!!
CRAZY HAIR DAY
Well three out of my 5 elementary school kids weren't "too cool" for Crazy Hair Day. Tyler informed me that he is "too good looking to make his hair crazy" OH BROTHER! and Raegan is in 6th grade and I guess 6th graders just don't do crazy hair. I am happy that Kalli, Andrew and Sydney (plus their friend McKenna) aren't too cool for the
Crazy Hair Do!
