Oh Christmas Tree

Oh Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree...
For Family Home Evening last night the kids wanted to decorate the Christmas tree.

Raegan took this picture while standing on the arm of the couch looking down, Nicholas and I have the same surprised look.

Raegan was freezing after sledding all afternoon so she stayed bundled up in her blanket and beenie.

Nicholas is going to be "FUN" this year. He loves the ornaments. I am thinking that the bottom third of our tree will probably stay undecorated this year.

Tyler was bummed because he "forgot" he had a paper to type for school so after the FHE lesson, he got to go and type up his homework and only got to decorate the last of the tree.
Merry Christmas!

Sunday Snow

Max LOVES the snow

We were all so excited for the snow. It finally snowed!! If it is going to be cold it might as well be fun. My kids love to play in the snow. Well I kind of put a damper on their snow fun today when I told them that they could play all they wanted to in the snow but just not with friends only their family. See today is Sunday and my kids can't play with friends on Sunday. So they were all pretty bummed and not happy with me. Oh well, that is why they have so many brothers and sisters is so they can enjoy days like this.

Raegan and Nicholas stayed warm inside the house

Tyler, Kalli and Max sledding into our back yard

Kalli

This is the look I got from Sydney when I told her she could not sled/snowboard with friends today...too bad...soo sad!!

Happy Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Max was helping to "clean off" the beater.

Sydney was a good little helper with the potatoes

We enjoyed Thanksgiving at my mom's house. Kirk and Stacey and their family came, Tara flew up from AZ, Shelley and Brent and their kids came in from Kaysville. We were sure missing Andrea and Ron and their kids and Leslie and Jason and their kids, both of their families had to cancel at the last minute due to sickness and weather...we were pretty bummed by that! But we still had a very nice day.

Stacey and Kirk

Andrew

My beautiful Mom!
She is the best roll maker ever...seriously her rolls are the best!

Poor Raegan was sick! She had to just lay in a bedroom and watch movies all day. All that she was able to eat were grandma's rolls.

Tyler and Daddy
Of course Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without football. That is what these two guys watched all afternoon.

Tyler, Dylan, Kalli and Kassidy

Nicholas and Tyler.
Poor little Nicholas was not feeling well either.

Chad, Nicholas and Cassie

Me and my sister Tara

Aunt Tara and Sweet little Nicholas

Max found one of Grandpa's hats. He looked pretty cute in it!
We sure missed Grandpa...

Sydney was eagerly waiting for Dessert.

By the end of the night, Nicholas had thrown up and was feeling not good! He was so lethargic all he wanted to do was snuggle with mom. I didn't mind one bit. Him and I were both pretty tired from a great day with family. I have so much to be grateful for. So many blessings to count. I love, love, love my family!!!
Happy Holidays!

Guess What...

My Camera Got Fixed!!!

My camera lens was getting repaired and I have been with out it for four month. I just got it back which means I can update my life. Yeah!!!!
Nicholas keeps growing! He is the sweetest little guy, we adore this little man.
Nicholas is not very happy at this moment he is wanting his big, pregnant momma to pick him up! He loves to pat my belly.
(6 weeks till babies come)

Nicholas walks along furniture and is quite mobile and pretty fast too! I can't believe that he will be one next month, where has the time gone?

The last three nights we have spent at the church. Our ward's youth group performed an amazing musical written and directed by Daren Major. It was awesome. We have so much talent in our ward, I love it!
The girls love "baby Nick"! The minute we walk into the cultural hall he is always taken by one of the sweet young women in our ward. He loves it too. McKenna was playing with him making him look so cool with the sunglasses.

Handsome Andrew waiting for the show to begin.

We have 120 youth in our ward. It's such an awesome place to raise a family.

The story was all about Daniel and the Lion's Den, there were 21 songs sung. Raegan is the third "gospel singer" on the right.

After the show, Raegan and Rachael.

My sister Tara flew in this evening and was able to catch the last half of the show. She hasn't seen my kids for a quite a long time. Baby Nick was so tired, way past his bedtime!
