Summertime

A couple of weeks ago Chad's sister Shellie came up to Utah to visit. While here they went to Lagoon and took Raegan and Kalli with them as well as Todd (Chad's brother) and Benka's Family. The girls had a blast!!!

My kids LOVE to be in their swimsuits! Everyday...All day! Syd the Kid

How can these two boys come from the same parents? Max is our little coppertone buddy, he spends everyday in his swimsuit. Nicholas is such a white little guy!

We had a fun BBQ with all of our neighbors to celebrate the 24th of July, Pioneer Day! Max wasn't too sure about the sparklers.

Happy Birthday Andrew

Parker, Isaac, Andrew, Sydney, Carson, Gabe, Tanner and Sam

It's Andrew's birthday! Man I love this kid, he is such a sweet, easy going little guy. When Andrew was born he ended up at Primary Children's Hospital for a week, we were told that he might not "make it". Oh we count our blessings daily that he is in our family...strong, good and healthy. Happy Birthday Andrew!

Andrew had a birthday party at the swimming pool with his buddies. We also ate pizza and cupcakes. He told me it was the best birthday party he has every been to.

Any Ideas??

So I have been debating and I think I have decided to do a sort of side blog to this family blog all about my pregnancy with these twins
(#8 and #9). Since this will be my last pregnancy and it is so different than the other seven I have had I thought I would create a journal to record all of my thoughts, cravings, ultrasounds, moods etc. But I am having a hard time coming up with a name for it...that is where you come in. I don't even know if anyone ever looks at blogs any more, which is fine I do this for my family history more than anything but if you do still read my blog please help me come up with a clever title for my twinner blog! Something that I hope to someday publish for my babies as their pre-earth life beginnings. I am feeling very nostalgic with this pregnancy, I want to remember and enjoy (endure) every part of it and that is going to happen with me documenting every stage. So any ideas would be great, something clever and easy to remember.

Give me a MOO!!!

It was that time a year again...Free Chick Fil A Friday! All you had to do was dress like a cow and you got a free meal. We took our whole family and got everything for free! Than that night I took a bunch of nieces and nephews too and they all ate for free!

Chubba Chubba

Guess who's fat little legs these belong to???
Nicholas is 6 months old and is so full of chubbs and sweetness! We love this little guy, I don't think babies can get any sweeter. What a blessing he is to our family. I wonder if he knew how quickly he was going to be an older brother, I think that is why he was sent to us with such a sweet little spirit and personality.

Fabulous Fun on the Fifth!

Happy 5th of July!
The Fourth of July holiday this year was all weekend long! We had so much fun with family and friends and beautiful weather. It is tradition for us to go to down town Provo for the big parade. Luckily for us we have friends who love to camp out and spend the night saving our spot...Thanks Lines Family!
We sat with the Roberts, Todd's family, the Lines family and of course our cousins visiting from AZ came and had fun too!

Chad brought a football to play catch before the parade began.

Sydney and Alaina

Tyler and Christian

The kids all got up to "Rise and Shout" for the BYU Cougars.

It is always a great site to see the Missionaries marching in the parade, they always get a standing ovation.

That night the kids wanted to do fireworks so they all pitched in their $$ and bought a large pack. We ended up having quite the crowd outside our house. I was stuck inside feeling sick and pregnant so I would peak out the window every so often. I sent Raegan outside with my camera to capture the fun.

Kymber and Kalli

Abby

Keslee and Kylee

Fun neighbor kids!

Marli, Jen, Sam and Maddi (more fun neighbors)

Andrew, what a handsome little man!

3rd of July FUN!!!

What a terrific day! After Sydney's baptism we got together at grandma's house for some great food, family and fireworks.

Kylee, Raegan and Torie

Kira and Elle

Tara Lee

Abby and Syd the Kid

Elle and Andrew
Grandma lives in such a great spot for the fireworks. Every year we sit on her front lawn with blankets and chairs and enjoy the fireworks without any crowds.

Syd is scared of them every year, she likes to watch from inside grandma's house.

Kymber and Kalli

Dylan and Tyler

Torie and Raegan

Abby and Grandma

The best part of the night was when everyone was packing up to go home Syd said, "Wow and to think this all happened just because I got baptized today!" What a great day!!
