Trick or Treat

Max the Fireman, Andrew the Pirate, Tyler the Skeleton, Kalli the Cavegirl and McKenna the Fairy.

We made it through another Halloween. I really do love this time of year!! I love the weather, the excitement, the candy! Poor Sydney and Max were so sick. On Thursday Max had to miss out on his preschool party and on Friday Sydney had to miss out on her party/parade. It seems every year I have one down for the festivities.
I never did get a picture of Raegan. She was a dang cute hula dancer for school on Friday and then for trick or treating Saturday night she was "thing 2" and her friend Sam was "thing 1" from Dr. Seuss but none of those pictures turned out. In fact a lot of these pictures are blurry, sure can't wait to get my camera fixed.

Our friends the Hatchs came and hung out Saturday night, we ate soup and rolls and the kids trick or treated. I was going to dress up as the Pilsbury Dough boy but it was so rainy I didn't was to ruin the chefs hat I borrowed...oh well.

It is tradition that every Kerby baby wears the Tigger costume their first Halloween. I love their little fat faces in it. Nicholas sure adores his Grandma Sharon.

Happy Halloween!

Scary...

SCARY...
Uncle Kirk eating Jalapeno peppers out of my mom's garden

We got together with Stacey, Kirk and the boys on Monday night at Grandma's for our tradition of carving pumpkins from Grandma Sharon's garden.

Travis, Dylan, Kalli, Tyler and Raegan eating pizza before the pumpkin carving began.

The final product!
Stacey and Kirk's pumpkin was a little scarier than ours. Our pumpkin reminded us of those shape toys that tupperware used to sell. The kids were thrilled.
Happy Halloween!

It's been a while...

It has been a while since I posted last...

Max fell asleep on my mom's kitchen floor while waiting for the brownies to be done. He slept here for about two hours...As my dad would say, "those with a clear conscience can sleep anywhere"!

My lens on my camera still has not gotten fixed! It's so frustrating. My mom lent me her camera for a while so I can at least update my blog again. I love my camera. But right now is not a great time for me to spend 200.00 for a new lens so it will have to wait. Life has been busy. Kids going a ton of different directions, Chad staying so busy that he barely has time to sleep and me just trying to figure out how I am going to make it through the holidays running kids and being pregnant with twins. Life is good and I would not want it any other way...well maybe a fixed camera and a car that was not in the shop...other than that all is great! So I will take more pictures and update my blog more frequently.
I am so sad that this year we missed our annual drive through the canyon to take pictures in the fall leaves. We just ran out of time before all of those darn leaves fell off the trees. This year a whole of things are being put off...time and season for everything.
