This is Raegan before the soccer game
Raegan is on a competetive soccer team. She plays defense. On Saturday she had a game and it was FREEZING!!! I know it is April but whatever. Anyway a girl about five feet away from her, on her team kicked the ball really hard just as Raegan turned around. She got hit smack in the nose. She now talks like her nose is plugged and it is really swollen, she also has a little bit of a black eye. Poor Rae, noses have to heal on their own, there is not much we can do with it besides ice it. I told her that soon she will be back to her beautiful self (she is still beautiful just with a puffy nose and a black eye)

ooooouuuuuccccchhhhh!!!! getting hit in the nose does not feel good--and i have never got hit that hard before---poor thing and yes she is still pretty as ever even with a broken nose :)!!
She was doing such a great job on the soccer field though. At her age, they may or may not do anything about it, so just call the pediatrician to be sure. Most important thing is she isn't haven't problems breathing and you don't notice snoring at night.
She is still beautiful with a swollen face. Wish I looked half as good.

my stars and garters....that had to hurt, oy! I know when I get popped in the nose it hurts so bad! I'm sorry. Feel better.
It'll feel better when it stops hurtin'.
Oooo, I hate when my kids get hurt. Good thing she is so cute.
