Our Favorite Place

One of our family's favorite places is Thanksgiving Point.  We love it!  I especially love the gardens.  I love the "escape" from the hustle and hurry of everyday life.  The kids get to run free, roll down hills and discover new paths.
It's beautiful.
Last night we went to the gardens for Family Home Evening.

Nicholas is happiest running free and being outside.

These two little guys loved being outside.  We don't get out much with three babies so any opportunity they get to be in the stroller they love it!
Raegan always is a TON of help.  She follows Nicholas and carries or give piggy back rides to anyone who is tired of walking.
We love to take Grandma with us whenever she can go.

The mosquitoes were out in full force.  Kalli's legs and Chad's neck got the brunt of it.

It was great, they passed out free Popsicle at the end and we had promised the kids we would go and get them a 50 cent ice cream cone at the Soda Fountain.  They deserved a couple of treats after all of that walking and shooing those mosquitoes away.

Not the most flattering picture of me but I couldn't resist with these two cuties in my arms.
Nicholas is so much fun!  He is always making the kids laugh.  He has never had a Popsicle before and wasn't about to leave until it was gone.  He also spied a pack of birds flying away and thought that was pretty cool.

Waiting patiently for the ice cream
It was a wonderful Family Home Evening.  The kids were so good.  I love family time whenever we can get it.  And Nicholas loved getting not only his first Popsicle but his very own ice cream cone too.
LIFE IS GOOD!
